Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), established in 1981, is a large, non-profit, public higher education institution based in Surrey, British Columbia, with additional campuses in Richmond, Langley, and Cloverdale. Officially recognized by British Columbia’s Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, the university, having an enrollment of 10,000-14,999 students, offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized qualifications such as pre-bachelor's (certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation) and bachelor's degrees in several study areas.
