Royal Roads University (RRU), established in 1995, is a public higher education institution in Victoria, British Columbia. It's officially recognized by the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills of British Columbia. Serving as a small coeducational institution with 4,000-4,999 students, RRU offers pre-bachelor's, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees across various study areas.
