Ambrose University, established in 1921, is a non-profit private higher education institution in Calgary, Alberta. It is recognized by Alberta's Ministry of Advanced Education and is formally affiliated with the Christian-Evangelical religion. The university, very small with an enrollment of 500-999 students, provides courses and programs leading to officially recognized degrees across several areas of study. Admission is based on students' past academic records and grades, with a moderate acceptance rate of 50-59%. International students can apply. Ambrose University offers various academic and non-academic facilities and services, including a library, student housing, sports facilities, financial aid and scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, and administrative services.
